- Stick to Half Marathon Training Runs
- I've been alright so far 3 weeks into my training, but I'm still slacking. I need to make sure I'm getting all 3 runs in each week or there's no way I'll hit my goal time for the race in February.
- Crossfit at least 5x a week
This is one of my goals that I've been really good at keeping!
- Stick to nutrition challenge rules
I've had WAY too many cheat meals than I should be! Other than the cheat meals I have been doing quite well.
